Business Loan

Cash Flow Lends For high quality businesses with sustainable earnings/cash flow. The size of the debt facility and covenants are typically measured relative to the earnings (EBITDA or EBIT) / cash flow of the business. Typically there is no or minimal tangible asset collateral available.

Asset Backed Loans Loans supported by tangible assets excluding property such as equipment, transport vehicles, heavy machinery, inventory and other forms of Plant, Property & Equipment.

Receivables Finance Loans supported by the receivables/debtors of a company. Includes traditional factoring, progress claims, trade finance, supply chain finance and ATO R&D Financing.

Property Loan

Existing Properties Purchase of a new property site (including development sites) or refinancing the debt on an existing property. Includes residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural properties and vacant land.

Development Finance Construction loans for new developments including apartments, townhouses, houses and other property development projects.

Consumer Loan

Home Loans Traditional mortgages to consumers secured by a first registered mortgage on properties.

Personal Loans Loans to individuals for personal use such as holidays, weddings, purchasing a car etc.

Lenders are providers of finance. Bank lenders would typically have a cheaper cost of capital, however would scrutinize the loan scenario more and may ask additional information. Non-bank lenders can be more flexible than bank lenders and can move quickly.

Brokers are intermediaries who would typically be acting for the borrower to obtain a loan. Their job is to assist borrowers, explain the financing process and secure competitive offers on behalf of the borrower. Brokers would typically be paid a commission from the settlement of the loan for their services. The broker costs can sometimes increase the total cost to the borrower for the loan.
