ADS.finance is a lead-generation marketplace that connects borrowers with finance providers (brokers and lenders). We don't lend ourselves; we help match people who need loans with qualified finance professionals who can offer them.

How ADS.finance Works
1. Borrower submits a loan request
Complete a simple form describing what you need. (We'll ask for details – not a credit check at this stage.)
2. Finance Providers ask
ADS checks the request first. Then brokers and lenders review it, and each can ask you up to 3 quick questions, which you answer with a tap.
3. One takes it on
When a Finance Provider retains your request, they receive your contact details and you can message them. You are never obliged to go ahead.

Borrowers
You might be a homeowner, developer, small business, or investor. If you need finance, ADS.finance lets you reach multiple providers with one single submission.
Finance Providers (Brokers & Lenders)
- • Brokers: Help borrowers navigate the process, assemble paperwork, and present competitive deals.
- • Lenders: Offer finance products to qualified requests. Use our platform as a source of leads and business.
As a Finance Provider, you choose a plan, enquire about loan requests for free, and retain the ones you want. Each plan includes a number of retentions; further retentions carry a fee.
