Cyril is an experienced investment banker having executed numerous transactions as a corporate advisor for large & mid-market clients, as well as in his capacity as principal investor.
Cyril was an investment professional at Lazard Australia Private Equity, a private equity fund focused on investing in mid-market companies in Australia and the Asia Pacific. Whilst at Lazard, Cyril was appointed to the board of a number of its portfolio companies including Scottish Pacific Benchmark (Australia & NZ’s largest independent debtor finance business), Extra Space Singapore (Singapore’s largest self storage provider) and Steel Storage Holdings. Cyril also previously worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, executing mergers & acquisitions, divestments, financing and restructuring transactions on behalf of large corporates and financial sponsors in the power, utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Asfandyar is an experienced investment banker within the Asia Pacific region and has been involved in a number of successful transactions as both advisor and principal investor. Prior to ADS, Asfandyar worked at Lazard Australia Private Equity, a mid-market private equity group that invested $5 million – $50 million in a range of expanding businesses. Asfandyar has also worked within the Financial Sponsors Investment Banking team at the Royal Bank of Scotland (formerly ABN AMRO).
Asfandyar has been appointed to the board of a number of private companies.
