About Vertex Funds Management
Vertex manages the Vertex Direct Mortgage Fund (Fund). The Fund provides first mortgage loans to Borrowers which are funded by private investors who are members of the Fund. Each loan is assessed by Vertex in accordance with its Credit Policy before being offered to Members of the Fund to participate in and provide funding for.
