Trade Finance
Our Trade Finance product is a revolving line of credit for purchasing stock and inventory from local and overseas suppliers. It’s a true 100% Advance with a flexible repayment structure over 120 days.
Credit Limits can range from $25,000 right up to $5,000,000 and the security required is based on the strength of Financials & facility size, but potentially may only include a Personal Guarantee from the Directors and no property security. The product is far less restrictive than other competitors trade finance products & doesn’t affect your banking facilities.
Import Equipment Finance
o Ensuring that essential Equipment acquisitions can be obtained from overseas suppliers
o Guaranteed conversion to a Moneytech Chattel Mortgage facility upon equipment landing in Australia and installation completed
o Funding lines up to $500k (higher limits can be assessed upon application)
o Serviceability must be evident
o New & Used Equipment is acceptable
o We will convert Import Trade Facility to a Moneytech Chattel Mortgage Facility (cannot be converted to another lenders EF product)
Secured Term Loans
o Funding lines up to $1m (minimum limit of $250k)
o Secured by way of 1st or 2nd Mortgage
o Equity to be scaled on the Residential or Commercial Property
o 90 day Interest Only Options available converting to Principal & Interest Reduction
o Serviceability must be evident
o Funds must not be used to repay Directors / Shareholder loans
Foreign Exchange Solutions
o Assisting with payment solutions to overseas suppliers
o Spot & Forward options available
