Acquire Capital Solutions provides short-term and bridging finance for business, property and investment purposes. We generally fund from $50,000 to $3 million on a 12-month term. We are the funding organisation, not an intermediary, so our priority is to ensure the proposal is one that has every reason to succeed.
Your security comprises registered 1st and 2nd mortgages over residential, commercial or industrial property, and a workable and fair exit strategy forms part of the funding agreement. Documentation is kept to a minimum, and a personal approach ensures a relationship founded on mutual trust and respect. Interest is fixed up-front and is either capitalised or paid monthly, so there are no hidden surprises.
